Returns & Refund Policy

Processing Time: We will process your return or refund request within 48 hours of receipt.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a request, please contact our customer service team at service@tequeia.com. If approved, we will provide detailed instructions and the return address. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with relevant photos for prompt resolution.
7. Refund Issuance
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that while we process requests within 48 hours, the actual credit to your account may take 10 business days depending on your bank.
