All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and title for the items pass to you.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
